Turn notification types on or off

Settings, Notifications is a switch per type, in the same groups as above. Turning a type off stops new notifications of that kind; ones you already have stay in your inbox. Notifications are on-site only — the bell in the app and on the site. Nothing is emailed except the issue newsletter you explicitly subscribe to, and account emails like password reset.
