Why notifications collapse into one row
Updated 2026-08-17
When one post collects many of the same event — say, forty-five likes — they arrive as one row that keeps updating, not forty-five rows. Opening a grouped row marks the whole group read.
This is deliberate: an inbox that scrolls forever because one post did well would bury the notification that actually needs you — a reply, a follow request, a moderation notice.
Support runs on your account, so the reply lands in one place and we know who we're talking to. Sign in and tell us what happened.
